Frequently
Asked
Questions
Do I need a referral to book an appointment?
No referral is needed for private or NDIS clients. However, a GP referral is required if you're claiming through Medicare (EPC) or WorkCover.
What types of clients do you work with?
We work with private clients, Medicare EPC patients, WorkCover NSW, NDIS participants (plan/self-managed), and Home Care Package recipients.
Do you accept health insurance?
Yes. If you have private health insurance with extras cover, you may be eligible for a rebate. We use HICAPS for on-the-spot claiming in clinic.
What’s your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
What conditions do you treat in clinic?
We treat a wide range — from acute injuries and post-op rehab to chronic pain and mobility issues. Sessions may include manual therapy, dry needling, strength training, and more.
What should I wear?
Wear something comfy that allows you to move freely. Activewear or loose clothing is ideal — especially if we’re doing movement assessments or rehab exercises.
Do I need to bring anything?
Just yourself. If you have any previous scans, referrals, or reports, feel free to bring those — otherwise, I’ll take care of the rest.
