Your questions, answered.
Physiotherapy in Dapto and Unanderra.
Who do you work with?
Kai’s current focus is private patients with musculoskeletal injuries, movement limitations and persistent pain. Your assessment guides the plan.
Where can I see Kai?
Dapto: Tuesdays at Dapto Remedial Therapies, 113 Princes Highway. Book Dapto online.
Unanderra: Wednesdays and Thursdays at Unanderra Community Doctors. Call 02 4204 9734.
Do I need a referral?
You can book a private physiotherapy appointment without a referral. Bring any relevant reports or referrals you already have.
What is The PRIME Method?
It is Kai’s clinical reasoning framework: Pinpoint, Regulate, Improve, Mobilise and Enhance. It connects assessment, appropriate treatment, active movement and progressive rehabilitation. Explore The PRIME Method.
Will I receive hands-on treatment?
Where appropriate, hands-on physiotherapy can be part of Improve. We reassess the response and connect useful changes to movement and exercise. Treatment choices depend on your presentation and preferences.
How many sessions will I need?
There is no fixed PRIME timetable. We review your response and relevant milestones, such as movement, strength, activity tolerance and confidence. Stages can overlap or be revisited.
What should I wear and bring?
Wear comfortable clothing you can move in. Bring relevant scans, reports and a list of questions or activities you want help with.
What are the fees and cancellation terms?
Please check with your booking clinic before your visit for current fees, payment options and cancellation terms. If you plan to claim a rebate, confirm your cover and the clinic’s claiming arrangements.
Is Mind & Motion Mastery still available?
The online programme is no longer available. You can access Kai’s current physiotherapy care through the Dapto and Unanderra clinics.
