How to book

Private appointments

Choose your clinic above. Book Dapto online for Tuesdays, or call Unanderra Community Doctors on 02 4204 9734 for Wednesdays and Thursdays.

NDIS appointments

Tell the clinic you’ll be using NDIS funding and how your plan is managed. Ask them to confirm suitable booking arrangements, any information needed and payment arrangements before your visit.

WorkCover NSW and CTP appointments

Tell the clinic your appointment relates to a claim. Have your claim and insurer details available, and ask which referrals or approvals are needed before attending.

Medicare appointments

Tell the clinic you intend to use a Medicare referral. Ask them to confirm referral requirements, rebate eligibility and any out-of-pocket fee before your appointment.

Limited mobile and community visits

In-clinic appointments are my main service. Mobile and community visits are available on a limited, selective basis for specific circumstances outside clinic days. Contact me to discuss your circumstances and check eligibility and availability.
